Deep fried fish bites........?

Found a labor-intensive way to use the hundreds of tiny fish i catch when fishing.

Thus far it entails filleting the meat, then coating in tapioca flour, then deep frying.

What can I add / serve with to improve this?
Besides tartar sauce and lemon juice.
