After a couple of years of bad luck, (to say the least) I've been offered a council house. I'm really happy with that and looking forward to settling down, but as you can probably gather from the question, I don't have much spare money to decorate. Also I don't know much about interior design and stuff, would it look alright to just put blown vinyl on all of the walls right through the house and paint it white? The house is quite a mess it all needs decorating.
