I got a letter back from the college that I'm going to about financial aid and I'm not sure how to figure it out.
It says

Minus Your EFC: -$0
Minus your Outside Resources: -
Equals your need: $18,586
Award Description
Federal Pell Grant: 2,775 (per semester)
Federal Sub Staffor Loan: 1,750(per semester)
Federal Unsub Stafford Loan: 1,000(per semester)
Federal Parent Loan 3,768 (per semester)
Semester Total: $9,293
Grand Total: $18,586
So does this mean that I have to pay ALL of it and the school didn't help me at all?
But do I have to pay any of that back?
