deciding for first car. need opinions asap!?

3 options: 2000 bmw 323i w/ 45000 miles on it in great shape for $8000...or my grandpas 2004 saturn ion with about the same mileage for $4000..or a 2001 chevy suburban with 76000 miles for $2995..please keep in mind that with the $$$ saved, i can get a new paint job, new rims, new speaker system etc.. All opinions welcome and if you have a better option than thats cool too!
