i can't de-capitalize my iphone's keyboard... when i hit the blue arrow button it goes to capitalize mode but i can't de-capitalize it so when i type it's all in caps. hitting the arrow again doesn't work. this phone has never been dropped (just once perhaps but no damage done). it's like my little baby so why is this happening? please help!!!! 
@giggler thank you so much for the reply but i need to get it to type in small case letters again when i tap the arrow up button. tapping the blue arrow up button does not work even after i heeded your suggestion.
