decals on tuner cars or fixed up cars?

ive noticed a lot of tuner imports etc whatever u wanna call it having the shocker symbol on their cars or a yellow and green butterfly loooking thing wut does this mean or how is it related to the car scene just curious

my friend bought a cobalt ss and his has custom interior work and some of the buttons had the shocker symbol etc
