i'm from the UK andi'm looking into buying an n73 can someone confirm for me whether this phone can be debranded and if so where?

Sure it can, just look for nearest better local mobile servicer with BB5 flashing equipment or do it by yourself.. .

Right, flashing hasn?t effect on lock state because firmware and lock information aren?t stored on same area and even worst there is no solution for BB5 phones ATM .. ...
