I have a judgment for money again my former renters in the State of Wisconsin and was garnishing their wages. He left his job and they disappeared thus the garnishment ending but recently were discovered working and living in Alabama.
Can I just file the garnishment again with the state of Wisconsin although they now live in Alabama and the garnishee will be based in Alabama? How should I go about all of this?
