If principles of justice depend on the moral or intrinsic worth of the ends that rights serve, how should we deal with the fact that people hold different ideas and conceptions of what is good?

Can we settle the matter without discussing the moral permissibility of homosexuality or the purpose of marriage?

we have the freedom of religion in this country, so y is religion being brought into are rights, i pay taxes like every heterosexual american so y do they get the right to marry over me

My opinion: If you dont like gay marriage, dont get one
