I have been trying to lose weight. I am 6ft, 270.8 (22 years old) and I want to be 190 by Jan 2011; meaning I have to lose 6lbs a month. I started working out last month and have not lose ONE POUND! I reduced my food intake, Ive been working out regularly... I want to give up kinda. should I just do something at home? im kinda tired as well, what to dooo?
I usually just run 1-2 mines on the treadmill and 30 mins on the elliptical
