Debating between Sony and Creative Zen mp3 player, which one?

I am wanting to buy a new mp3 player. I'm debating between a

Creative Zen Mozaik http://www.creative.com/products/mp3/zenmozaic/#

or a Sony E series

what are the pros and cons of both, and which would be a better choice?
 
sony usually makes better products, the mosaic looks cheap.

Well on cnet, they both got the same rating, so you really can't go wrong with either of them. However, based on pros and cons as well as looks, I would pick the sony over the creative zen any day.

btw, the zen will only work with windows xp and vista. I don't know if that includes windows 7.
