okay my friend and i have been arguing about penguins. I say they can't fly and he says they can. I know a lot of penguins and he says they can gracefully fly underwater but i tell him thats swimming. Even if they are on a plane they aren't flying by themselves. He said what about genitically altering them. I need a lot of peoples opinions cuz he wont take no as an answer
