im doing a debate in science class on designer babies. i am on the side for designer babies. here are some statements that the other team might ask. i just wanted to know if there is a strong counter for them, since my counters aren't very strong. if you don't want to share your thought, then please put down a good website or something to give me info on designer babies. here are the statements:
1. designer babies are bad because then, we would be creating a race of perfect humans.
2. Many people think designer babies are unethical.
3. People would want to choose their baby's gender, appearance, and even talents before they are born.
4. Since, there wouldn't be genetic disease, then if humans wouldn't be able to build immunity if there was a new one.
