my team on pokemon platinum is as follows
Torterra
Gallade
Magmortar
Togekiss
Garchomp
as of now Gyarados
my question is: should i switch out gyarados for another water type? and if so, which one on a pokemon platinum pre national dex?
i was thinking Octillery but also my gyarados knows thunderbolt because i lack a electric type. i was thinking octillery because it knows a rock type move, but i need a water type that can beat a flying type

oh, i forgot to mention. my gyarados' move set is
Waterfall
Hydro Pump
Thunder Bolt
Surf
if you reccomend a pokemon, could you also reccomend a move set please? keep in mind this is supposed to be strong against flying types
