Debate on an unjustifiable topics?

I'm doing a debate and it deals with justifying the kills of innocent people i need help justifying this for debate and as you see this is pretty hard to justify so is there anything i can say to help?
 
Killing innocent people for the greater good of society. (Choosing the lesser evil.)
Right now I can't think of a hypothetical scenario off the top of my head.
