lol so me and mom have been arguing and debating on this. I think im right cause i have worked out more then her. I took classes and everything on health. She drinks mountain dew all day..i mean ALOT of mountain dew. And think its okay to work out for 5 minutes and all the fat goes away. She says " i don't eat much so its okay for me to drink mountain dew" I keep telling her you cant drink mountain dew and expect to hop on the treadmill for a few minutes and you be okay. She doesn't understand anything.
