Debate: Hobbes vs.Locke?

I need some Argument and some counter arguments..( i am on Locke's side) this is a class debate. I need real life stories like Hurricane Katrina and Government Arguments!! helppp?! ty

I don't know much about Locke. Hobbes was okay, but without Calvin's extremely vivid imagination he was merely a stuffed tiger.

As for this Locke, which strip was he in? I don't recall the name. Rex Morgan MD, perhaps? ;-)
