the exact debate topic is:
Governments of developing countries should be required to undertake population growth control measures before they receive foreign aid from developed countries.

i am fighting for the pro side of this debate and i need some help of what to talk about. i am for this statement.
 
unchecked population growth puts a strain on government provided services, education, roadways, natural resources, health care, food supply,

If population growth was controlled or limited it eases the burden.
