Debate: don't ban smoking!?

I have to prepare a debate on why we should not ban smoking! please help me! I don't know what to say!!
I know....hey please don't think that i think smoking is a good thing...i didn't choose to be on this team
 
why we should NOT ban smoking?? is there even a reason? apart from the fact that it makes our government money of course...
