Debate between my husband and I...?

I am a stay at home mom to three young kids. My husband works outside the home full time. When he puts in a 12-14 hour day, aren't I putting in a 12-14 hour day? He thinks that just because he clocked out he shouldn't have to come home and help me because "he's had a long day." So have I! He has even said that my day is more hectic and nerve wracking than his. Just because I can't "clock out" my day never ends?????? What do you think?
 
well u knew this would come up if u decided to stay home and not work no matter how supportive ur husband is at first hes eventually gonna start feeling like he does more than u. a mean u are a mother, u are supposed to take care of ur kids, he works he actually has to go out in the public and deal with people, put on facades, and still come home and make time for u and the kids, 14 hrs a day is too much atleast when u are at home u can sit and just take a 5 minute breather if its possible, he cant i think ur overreacting
