I'm helping someone to research both pro and con points for the above debate topic. But I'm not too sure how and where to start. Would appreciate if someone can help me with some suggestions?

Thanks

Ones contributions come from ones morality. The two are inseparable. ie: Our governor here in Illinois was just removed from office for crimes he committed. Obviously, his morality is such that committing crime is just fine, that then determined his decisions and at the very least severely limited his contribution if not completely destroyed it.
