I am going to have a debate tomorrow for my English class. Now, my team mates and I are on the negative side about Death penalty. We oppose that Death penalty be restored in the Philippines. Can anyone help me with this? I need to know what strong questions should i interpret to my opponent? And what strong points can i say to my opponent? I would very much appreciate everyone's answers.
