well i got my hair cut a few months ago real short and its only just gotten past that annoying flicking-at-the-shoulders thing which is good.
but! its starting to split!!! i know th only way to go about it is to cut it. but if i do it will flick at the shoulders again!!!
is there a way to sort ot thin it out at the tips?????
how can i do that myself???
