I am getting ready for the upcoming AAU season, and I tore my Mcl and it wont be recovered for three weeks. From then on, I have a month until tryouts.
Basketball is the only thing that I know how to do and without it my life pretty much sucks. I have a wheelchair and was wondering if anyone knows of exercises and other drills that simulate real-game play. Any encouragement/advice would be extremely helpful.
Also does anyone know of static, non-weight exercises that I can perform to keep from loosing all my leg strength that I worked extremely hard to acheive. I have full ROM of my right leg, the only precaution is that I am not allowed to put weight on it. Please, and Advice would be appreciated.
Also, please dont give me an answer like, "sucks for you" and that sort.
