How do you deal with an ex who keeps saying hurtful things to you? I know people would say to just move on cause he is an ex, but its really hard for me. This guy is vicious when it comes to attacking me verbally, and yet I am still nice and kind to him. I don't know how to retaliate when people are mean because I was raised nice by my family, whereas he just grew up on the streets.
