Dealer Service - Anatomy of a Warranty Service

Cecil, That's the same girl that called me and went out of her way to resolve a problem (non-mechanical) I had. There should be more than 1 of her around becuase she's professional AND gets results. Unfortunately I could not not begin to spell her name either. My 3 best guesses are Sinitcha , Sinita or Cynthia said really fast

My 2c's worth. Cintia is a great person and an asset to DNA. I hope they don't lose her.

I have a Tricolore. Never owned a Ducati, never even a "superbike", so this was/is a new experience for me.
I have had some issues with the bike. I have had issues with all the bikes I've owned over the years. Bikes have issues. Period. It is irritating, frustrating and leaves me talking to myself. I do not find my Ducati to be any worse or better than any other bike I've owned as far as issues go. And although it took awhile in some instances both DNA and my dealer resolved things to my satisfaction and I am not displeased with either of them. Would I buy another Duacati? Hell, I don't know. But if I did my experiences, both positive and negative, would not be a factor. I have not bought a bike in quite awhile without being fully aware of what lies in wait regardless of the make.
