My brother bought a car from this dealer in Irwin, PA. everything seemed fine. Took the car for a test etc.. Signed the papers drove the car 35 mins on the highway and it brokedown. Dealer said that he has a warranty for the car and its gone through the warranty process theyve authorized payment etc.. now the A**hole says that hes incurred extra payments (to have it towed, taken to shops etc...) and that they require an extra $500 to get it all fixed up... Its been over 2 weeks and im seriously pissed off with the situation!
1. Can I take this to the cops and will they accompany me to this dealership to get this guy fix it and give the car back?
2. If not, what other courses of action should I take?
