dealer bent rim on my truck and wont fix any recorse?

took my truck to a dealership to get some work done they did the work but when i got it back it had a wheel shake (never had it before) so i took it back and told them they said they would fix the problem they called me and told me it was a tie rod end and it was also out of alignment i told them to do the work i get my truck back again dealership is closing Service Manager tells me its good to go. i leave and notice not olny is the wheel shake still there but is now shaking so bad my hole truck is shaking really badly so i take my truck back the next day and they tell me my rim is bent and i have to buy a new rim to fix the problem i ask why he did'nt tell me yesterday he changes the subject then i ask to speak with dealership manager he shows me a post it not and it says on it wheel is out of round and he tells me it was noted when i first brought the truck in 3 i and a half weeks earlier my bill dose'nt say anything about this i was mad at this point so i left later after i cooled down i looked at my truck and none of the balancer weights have been removed and no new ones present which tells me they never put the wheels on a balancer and also if my rim had been bent this badly before hand it would have mad my tire ware funny. so after all that is there anything i can do about this or am i just sol what do you guys think
