Dead E71, just a little beep

Hi
I have one dead E71, when I power it on, it just beep! I tried to format it, and I full flash it with Dreambox but phone still dead!
So I'm looking for full flash, to flash it with free popua!
Any link for this?

For flash it use X65 flasher or Vklay (papua not flahing...).
