Dead C60, please help.

I don't know the way it's killed. When I turn it on the screen is black, but backlight is on. After 1-2 seconds there is "BZZZZ" sound and the phone goes off.

I've tried flashing it ( fullflash ) with different firmwares and eeproms and blank eeprom, but still the same...

Please give me idea is it HW or SW.

..this is the software problem.
Try to flash with Joker (for example) and after use Freia (set Comport and boot tipe to normal; from the Configuration functions)->Unlocking functions->Direct unlock no map saved->OK

Use Joker , put it in service mode and use Read and calc keys , defrag EEP and del instances, it should be repaired if its flashed with a good flash.
