I went out to my car last night to find that it wouldn't start. There's been cold weather over this past weekend and I didn't drive it, so I'm figuring it's the battery. I'm a college student and low on cash. I know you can rent a battery charger from Autozone. Is that a safe thing to do, and, if so, how does one go about doing it?
