Deactivating a reactivating copies of Windows 7 Pro on different computers? Oh and...

???????

...a good buy for a netbook? Hello. I'm currently considering upgrading my 5 year old Dell Inspiron 6400 to a small, new netbook. What I would want to do first though is sell the Dell Inspiron 6400 through ebay (I'm an experienced ebay seller, don't worry about that) so I have funds to afford a good netbook. Thing is though, it currently has one of my 4 copies of Windows 7 Pro (Through MSDNAA from my university) on it (I gave 2 more of those to my siblings--which I'd consider legal as I may use those computers on occasion back home), and so I'd like to uninstall that copy, given I think it would be illegal to sell, and put back on my OEM copy of Windows XP Pro for that machine. Now is there a way I could do that whilst preserving the Windows 7 license key?

Also, can you give me some good netbooks/smaller laptops (12 in or smaller) to look at for purchase? I'd pay up to $700. Here's what I would want.

1. (High Priority) An OEM copy of Windows 7 Home Premium or better--NO OEM Win7 STARTER. 64 or 32 bit is fine.

2. (High Priority) At least 2 GB of RAM, 4 if possible.

3. (Medium Priority) Internal Bluetooth

4. (Medium Priority) Wireless N, else A/B/G

5. (High Priority) An HDMI port that will display to a non-hdcp compliant monitor (Ie: Not like the PS3). Either that or a VGA port.

6. (Low priority) A non-intel 3d graphics card capable of playing basic 3d games. (AND High priority) Be able to play 1080P Video (1920x1080) through video out.

7. (High Priority) A processor that will be able to keep up with the hardware and won't make everyday computing seem sluggish.

Also, don't tell me to buy a Mac, I want PC hardware!!!
