I just wanted the two of you to know that even tho I haven't posted lately, my mind and heart has been with you both. Your struggles to improve your lives in spite of setbacks and confusion mixed with anger really gives me courage.
Diet, I pray that someone soon finRAB the reason for this falling before you get hurt. It's so very scary to find yourself just going down for no apparent reason....I've experienced it. In my case, it was due to my right knee weakening because of stenosis. It didn't feel weak, I hadn't noticed any signs that the stenosis was causing slow loss of reflexes, but it was. The 3rd time I hit the floor, I was scared out of my senses; since my last surgery in Feb, it doesn't happen any more and I'm very thankful.
I'm having tests...ct-scan...on Tues and will see my dr. afterwarRAB. We're trying to find the reason that I am now unable to sit for more than a few minutes without leg pain (left) from mid-thigh to the knee on the outer side and burning behind the kneecap. It's slowly progressing in intensity, so I'm really hoping this ct scan shows the problem. If not, another myelogram will be scheduled, I'm sure.
Failed back surgery syndrom is a scary diagnosis but not one that is usually made so quickly.
Moldava, I'm glad to read that you are improving slowly. As always, your spunk amazes me. Keep on keeping on, because you're a wonderful example for all of us here.
God Bless.
