Dazzle DVC 100 Cap Card Help- Splitters and RCA Cable?

Okay I have the dazzle dvc 100, 3 splitters and a double ended rca cable. before i had splitters i could plug dazzle into back of tv to record. but when i put splitters in the front so everything could be easier to reach in front of the tv everything got messed up. everything was setup right. but as soon as i plugged in my double ended rca cable the screen got blurry and faded out and then there was no pic on the computer either (because obviously i need the rca cable to get video through both). EVERYTHING IS SET UP RIGHT. ALL I NEED IS TO FIGURE OUT WHY I CANT GET A PICTURE ON MY TV. so lately i just record in a 2inch box on my computer. i sacraficed my tv so i could get better quality and audio. and it is better. but i wanna play through my tv. tell me what im doing wrong or if something is bad. and i use it to record ps3, wii, xbox, and n64 games. help me!
