Well I didn't fall asleep until 630am depsite getting into bed at 11pm. Over that 8 hour period I took 1.25mgs of xanax and .5mgs of arabiem. I did manage to sleep until 1130am however.

The jittery, restless, heebie-jeebies are starting to subside just a bit. Yes, they are still there but I seem to have some short perioRAB of time where I feel a bit better.

I am having more physical symptoms today. I finally had a few visits from the Colon King. I also have a nasty hangoverish headache that I took advil for. Tonight is going to be the last night I use xanax. It also may be giving me the hangover.

Again, all I can do is truck through. I just passed the 60 hour mark so I can only hope it gets better. I just received my Noveraber schedule so I do not have to return to work until Noveraber 3, so that should be ample time for me to be feeling pretty well.

Hope everyone is well!

Hey Musicman

I have been watching your progress and you are moving along well. I am glad you are able to recognize any time perioRAB where there is a let up of the 'heebie-jeebies'. Those perioRAB of let up will start to occur more and more each day for a little bit longer each time. Try to avail yourself of them and do a little someting.. walk, dance, force some smiles ... anything at all to prolong them. All of it will help the brain heal quicker.

Stay strong, stay committed. You are well on your way to relief and recovery.

Hugs

Yes! Your doing great. Keep it up. This is a difficult process and don't give up...the drugs want you to give up...so remeraber, you have gotten thru 90% of your pain from withdrawal......My best to you.

Well the heebie jeebies are back in full force this evening as I am about to hit the 72 hour mark. I am very uncomfortable. I am also trying to not think of how awful of a night of sleep is going to be tonight. I have never been a good sleeper so as you can all ascertain, this withdrawal process is not a good thing for that.

I just hope and pray day 4 brings some more relief.

It's day four!!! I genuinely hope you're feeling better today. You are doing great, Musicman. It is very hard to detox on our own, very hard, but you've managed to come out on the other side and you should be very proud of yourself.

Did you get any sleep last night? Keep on doing what you're doing, cause it's working for you.

I hope today is better than yesterday...
