It's my daughters birthday and she's turning 15, and I was thinking of hiring a clown for the event. She's always liked clowns since she was a little girl, but I'm not sure if they're expensive and whether I need to hire a real clown or just one that can do the job. I'm basically thinking a clown, invite her friends over for a surprise party and have cake and stuff. Yes or no?
