I bought a 12 month subscription to Datz music lounge in March this year. The service provided mp3's free of DRM from some major music labels - EMI etc.
Late last month it stopped working properly, then just went kaput, and now I've found out it's shut down.
So my main question is does anyone know how I go about getting a refund of the 6 months I have left on my 'contract' - I can't contact them via email or phone as the emails bounce-back and the phones go unanswered.
