Date the iPod Touch 4G will come out? Is there going to be a camera? Prices for one?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows any information about the iPod Touch 4G that's supposed to come out this September or sometime in 2010. Is it true if there's going to be a camera included with it? Also does anyone know the exact date it will come out?
