hello,
i have some annoyances with the date and time.
I set the date dd.mm.yyyy and 24h format in the phone settings,
but when i slide down the notification i get yyyy mm dd in the upper left corner.
if i start the clock app (or on locked screen) i get "day name" "month name" dd (Saturday April 3)
and some apps like chompsms, that don't have any extra settings for date and time, show the conversation in 12h format
is there a way to force all the aps to use 24h time format and dd.mm.yyyy?
