I have a medical malpractice case going in California and the defense attorney was bringing up some doctors' names that I'd never been to. Is there a way attorneys can look up someone's medical history? At one point I thought someone else was using my insurance, and now since defense attorney was asking me about specific doctors and if I'd had cancer or a stroke (which I haven't), I'd like to see such a history if it exists. Is there a service that shows what doctors someone has seen over the years?
