Dashboard Confessional?

I am a huge dashboard fan and i see, read, and hear everywhere that they are and that there music is emo (i really dont think so but ) opinions on the matter if you dont think there emo then state what you think there are
 
Emo means emotional so if they are talking about something emotional then they might be "emo core" its emotional but not outright emo. emo isnt a bad thing its just being emotional..
