The mother from Gilbert Grape, slightly overweight.

She did an amazing job, and its sad she hasnt been in too many movies, but guess difficult to find suitable parts for her.
Did she have any experience as an actress before GG?
Anyone knows???

I recently saw her in whats eating gilbert grape aswell, Love that movie!. Thought she was excellent! Very moving. Leonardo Dicaprio was really outstanding in that movie,and Johnny Depp is always great too.

I can't think of any other movies she's been in. Maybe she'll do something in the future though.

She was awesome in that film, one of my favourrites.Arnie was soooo good as well, I really thought he was autistic,Leo looks so different playin him.
