A couple days ago, I noticed some red spots on my right hand between my thumb and my index finger. I didn't really think much of it at first because I thought I might have just pressed it against something to make it like that. Now, it's STILL on my hand and there seems to be more. It's not really bright red like it was a couple of days ago but its now maybe dark red or brown. They aren't really elevated and they don't itch or anything. They just seem to be... there. They don't cause me any pain. They aren't like pin point sized, they're a little bit bigger than that, but they're not huge either. Is this something that I should be worried about?
