Dark circles and calcium spots around my eyes

I have for as long as I can remember had dark circles around my eyes but never really bothered to find out why, now have have also got a couple of creamy coloured spots for want of a better word in the corner of my eyes can anyone tell me why have have these and what I can do about them.
