danscomp subrosa tiro bike?

i am going to be ordering a subrosa tiro bike and i was wondering about how long will it take for it to get here if you have ordered from there, and the main question is like does it come partly assembled, like are there most of the main parts on it so u just have to put a couple of parts on it like the handlebars and wheels?
