I installed my new seat today. It's a Danny Gray Big seat with the optional large drivers backrest, and rear large pillion. It sits me down at least a couple of inches. I'm back to being flat footed again. I was scared I was going to have to order set of KISS boots just to be flat footed. :hystria:

I'll have to report back after I ride it a few hundred miles at a time.

Anyways...I had several nice seats in mind but ended up with this one. go figure.
 
Nice ride! I have the Danny Gray Day Tripper XL on my 2009 FLTR and it is great! I have put plenty of miles on it and it is much better than the stock one.
 
Thanks guys. I get to try it out today. I'm riding it to work....it's about a 70 mile trip to and from work. Can't wait!
 
I have the Danny Gray Speed Cradle,which I believe is a smaller version of the Big Seat.I'm happy with the quality,comfort and looks.
 
dansflhti, I have just purchased the DANNY GRAY SPEEDCRADLE SOLO SEAT for my 2008 HD Ultra Classic Electra Glide (I have a quick disconnect Tour Pak for solo rides). Did you notice any changes in seat height or forward position? Did the seat give you a different feel/control of the HD? Would like any info on your experience of teh seat and impressions? Thanks in advance for any input you have.
 
I have a Big Seat with gel and large pillion...um...sitting in my garage now.

It does sit lower. Pretty firm, but does ride well. I just have too many seats.
