hello!
i really want to do contemporary dancing really well. I already do 1hr a week on this along with studying hip hop, street and performance studies. the only thing which is really annoying for me is that because i have never danced in my life before (im 18 now) i am sooo lacking behind.
How can i get my balance as i dont have any?
How can i get my muscles to relax/strengthen so i can bend properly?
How can i improve my strength?
How can i get more relaxed?
i really want to be good but i dont think i will ever be unless i can bend in ways and do splits etc....
can anyone help please!!??
