i dunno if i can make it as a dancing major in college. as much as i put my mind and heart into it im still worried that i can't make it. im 14 and a freshman in high school. i've been dancing since i was 8 and i take tap,jazz,hiphop,and competition hiphop.next yr. i am allowed to take balllet,modern,and lyrical though.i live for dancing.and i love doing it....it feels as though when im on stage performing, im expressing myself and im not shy anymore(im usually very very shy) ive told my mom about my dream,but she told me that i won't be able to make into college bc im great,but you have to be amazing to get into college. i want to go to either slippery rock university,kent state university,ohio state university, or ohio university. ppl have told me that im really great at dancing and they love it bc i look liike a natural they say.my dance teacher moved me up to the most advanced class in my studio this yr as well. can i make it into college as a dance major? bc i really want to and i love it but i wanna know now if i can so i can worry about what else to major in college if i cant get in as a dance major...please help
