Dance Help? Looking at going to a professional level.?

I started contemporary dance in April this year and I'm aiming going to a professional level.
I've had no dance experience what so ever, so when i did my first dance performance in April, educational workshops with a dance company and one of the dance choegraphers pointed my out..highly enoucouraing me to pursue dance.

So now, i've fallen in love with and i have such a passion and drive to do dance but i know because i'm a late dancer that i need to do twice as much as work. Oh! i'm on 16!

I've moved to a more populated city with more dance oppurtunties. I've joined a gym and i'm working out 10 hours a week. I'm also studying dance at school (contemporary) which is 17 hours, i'm studying ballet, jazz and contemporary. Doing a few extra ballet classes.

Also i have performances with local dance companies.
I plan to take a few years after i've turned 18 to train some more.

Is there anything else i should look at doing to get better?

:) would love some advice etc?
