Hi
I am 15 years old, and i danced when i was 4,5, and 6. then i stopped and started up again when i was 11. this year i am taking ballet for the Contemporary and modern dancer( its like ballet but faster) hip hop and tap. i want to become more flexable so i can do more classes next year. can you please give me some tips on how to get my right and left split, and my straddle split? thank you soo much
